This week is class 7 of 12 in the current Bradly Method® series.
Our main topics will be writing your birth plans and having a fun advanced labor rehearsal with two local doulas.
I have 6 couples in the current series. Two are planning for a home birth and 4 hospital births. The classes are going well and the couples seem very excited to learn all they can before they meet their dear little one!
I'm thrilled to be sharing a small part in their preparation for one of the most joyous events in their lives.
